Totally bullshit company. The operator gets almost upset when you refuse his advice. I have had numerous calls, all routed through a Liverpool exchange number (01513752326). When I confirmed their location as Manchester, and when I questioned why through a Liverpool exchange, got all defensive. Hard sell agents, harassing isn t a strong enough word. Illegal should be more of a description! Block the numbers, never ever trust this company.

left message on mobile claiming to be amazon checking on large purchase made from account wanting me to contact with authorisation code- called them back several times - from diff telephone no, and from withheld no, they kept hanging up on me when they realised I hadnt been taken in by their scam.. so i kept on calling them back - just to annoy them.. got to the point they hung up. knew was scam as same person answered the phone every time, anyone whos phone amazon , knows you NEVER get the same person :D

This person contacted me on a withheld number pretending to be Halifax left me a message saying it was Halifax customer services and I d made a recent enquiry which I have not. left this number and a extention number of 15687137. There is no such number associated with Halifax customer services obviously after my bank details.

I haven't answered the phone to this number because I don't know who it might be, probably a cold caller again. These guys are a waste of space!, I have an answering machine to monitor my calls. Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

Rang me asking my name and address and refused to give it and they did not identify who they were. When pressed told me I owed money to HMRC and would I make a payment? Politely too them I would contact HMRC and if I owed them any money would pay them directly. Thought this was a scam!!!!

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!
