To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.

Constantly calling and asking to complete a survey

This no. originates from a company called Vintels (http://www.vintels.com/). They already has a complaint upheld by the ASA against them (Google Vintels and ASA) for sending out SMSs saying "Free Msg: Our records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for the accident you had. To apply free reply CLAIM to this message. To opt out text STOP". Vintels however keep changing the wording slightly to get round this.

Asian telephoned my aging mother in law nearly every week about some sort of consumer survey. Would not identify himself or his company, admitted to calling from S.E.Asia. Would not get off line, did not understand the concept of F*** Off and kept talking until I put the phone down. A complete nuisance and very disturbing for my disabled aged mother in law.

Not expecting a call from a broadband provider haven t given my number to anyone regarding broadband or phone, this man saying they are EE. Although polite enough, I was polite on BOTH occasions they called, 2.30pm and 19.33.
