After some moments of silence when presumably they are connecting to someone as the phone has been answered, someone comes on the line and will not listen when I say I am not interested. This number has called several times over the past week.
A female recorded voice saying I had won something so I hung up.
Perfectly legitimate, so far as I can see - the company is IJT Ink Cartridges, with whom I have dealt for some years, and while they are occasionally a bit 'pushy' they will respond to a polite refusal.
