Validation code is sent to mobile (BT website states that a One Time PIN is only sent when customer calls BT). Caller passes to senior colleague who instructs to run “command prompt” on computer (“netstat”) to show list of all the unknown users. Then wants you to run a download from a “bit.do” website (DON’T!) - ended call.
