I received a call today 15/03/2017 claiming to be from a Mr William Johnson, a Microsoft technician. He claimed to be ringing from Reading (not Edinburgh!). I refused to give him information. He the supplied me with the ref number of the computer he claimed had a problem on our line. I said I would check the number against my machine and ring back later. The ref.number did not match the ref. on my computer and it was not possible to ring back on the number 01316186365.
