Called today, woman claiming to be from Scottish Widows. Woman asked for me by name and could I talk about letter sent on 31/01/2017. Said I have not received the letter. She said she had letter there and if I had time she could tell me what it said over the phone. The joke about this Next Step Company is that they are the guys who sold the PPI in the first place. Check out Bright Finance. Loan sharks in a big way. The guys who ran it made shed loads from selling loans with PPi to those with bad credit. They same guys now run Next Step.
