Caller claimed to be from amazon and was calling re an order. Hung up with no more details

Supposedly from BT. Landline and internet due to be discontinued
Calling allegedly from TalkTalk claiming there are problems with the router. Very persistent - 3 calls in 2 hours!
Caller had foreign accent and was obviously in a call centre, wanted to speak to person responsible for gas & electric bills. I just hung up.
