As I have an 0844 number sat over and pointing to a normal number, I asked why she had called a normal home number and not a company telephone number, she couldn t answer, therefore she had no idea what number had been called, they must be using automatic diallers. Went on about boiler cover, I asked who my boiler was with. No reply. When told was not interested in replacing my boiler cover as I already have one, she really shouted back at me. Very rude woman. Needs dismissing from her job, you want our business learn to speak to people respectably.

Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other.
