This lot keep sending me spam, and charging me, they have ignored all my attempts to stop them. Anybody else have any luck, the only thing I can think of is letting the credit run out (pay as you go phone) and changing the number.

Have reported them to Action Fraud and Ofcom. They used my number and I was receiving 100+ phone calls and 100+ text messages an hour demanding why I had phoned them. Very distressing. Reply STOP worked.

Don't remember completing a telephone survey for anyone, never mind viva la voucher, never even heard of them? Usay Compare, legitimate company, only call you if you've enquired online. Bupa use them to compare online enquiries rather than do their own. They will remove your details if you bother to answer your phone and ask them to, rather than hiding from it and complaining on a random website like a child
