SCAM SPAM, sent a text message from a seperate number (+44 7851 800695) asking me to call as its my child and their phone is smashed and their friend gave them a new one and the speaker isnt working on the phone they are texting off? my child is 8. seems suspicious.
I answered and they immediately hung up. Clearly a scam call.

An Indian sounding lady called to say I owed money on a three sim only contract with them. She claimed I had started a new contract with them in May. This was untrue as I had transferred my contract to Smarty when my contract had ended with them in June. Conversation got quite heated and I asked to speak to a manager. SCAM Said they were from Virgin Media and that there was a problem with our internet, but when I asked if she knew my name she just hung up.

As this number is listed as a number in a region of Russia I am assuming it is a scam. I do not know anyone living in Russia!
