Also called numerous times- when I answered twice the caller claimed to be from BT and claimed to have picked up error messages from my router. They then asked me to get on my laptop and they would help me to solve my problem . When I said I couldn t/wouldn t do so- they very quickly hung up. Caller knew my details and were opening a store ,wanted to know if I would be interested in a voucher for heating or windows improvement.I am on TPS told them not interested and hung up.Suggest people do the same before they are inundated with calls from double glazing companies and heating companies.Had suspicions this was a company called Enviro who won t take the hint.
