They claimed it was a legitimate charge because we must have clicked through multiple stages in order to approve the subscription; I think not!! Anyway, when I mentioned the Ombudsman I was offered a refund; I am waiting for it to arrive. Anyway, I have now had my phone company block the use of my phone in this manner.

As others. No one subscribed for anything and yet we have currently being charged with over £40.00 at £4.50 a week. I called the number to unsubscribe and am chasing the company for a refund but this shouldn't be allowed to happen. Phone companies should block all known scammers to prevent this from happening.

FunForYou Infotainment. I do not have FB set up on this mobile I have an moto C EE handset from Tesco and a virgin SIM card. SCAM - very unpleasant call. Recorded message on voicemail (electronic voice) said if I didnt answer I would be arrested immediately. So far no arrest, so looks like I havent woken up in a dystopian nightmare where the police issues threatening electronic messages for 'criminals' afterall. Could be very frightening for some.
