This is a number pretending to be HMRC it tells you there is a warrant out for your arrest. IT IS A SCAM !!!!!!! I found the following information on which.co.uk You can forward suspicious emails claiming to be from HMRC to phishing@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk and texts to 60599. Or you can contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 to report any suspicious calls or use their online fraud reporting tool.

Claims that my national insurance # has been compromised. Police has warned about this scam in the west midlands. Avoid!
Tele marketing from telling me I'd had a car accident. Told them I subscribe to the telephone preference service and they should not have rung me. Couldn't put the phone down fast enough.
rang me today I did not answer as had this call lots of times before . Even had other numbers trying it on. Something needs to be done about these people!!! Our tel numbers should not be sold or passed on to anyone without first getting our permission. Bloody nuisance.
