Karen Brady rang again...so pissed off...hurriedly passed me on to "her supervisor". I decided to fake my car accident. Indian chap then asked me details of that mishap. Told him I was walking in the middle of the road and was hit by a DINKY TOY car...few secs of astounded silence followed by ruffling noise, then call disconnected...the plonker! LOL! They now use automated call with PROPER ENGLISH accent voice first to entice you, then revert back to a native there who follows it up...trying to be a clever
