This company, Ventrica, work for a variety of other companies. May be calling you about a customer service issue you have with one of those companies.

Picked up the call late in the afternoon and asked for the company and mentioned that it was not legal for them to call me. I insisted to let my number get deleted - he forwarded me to the manager who said they were buying data packages. great. but he didn`t tell me where they are buying it from.

Call from a welsh lady claiming I had been referred , despite not knowing my name and giving a former address. Stated they are calling to carry out a survey. Stated they got my number from one of their partner companies . Gave a list that included o2 amongst about 7 others. Basically fishing for info/interest to see if they can pass your details on to other companies - virgin, british gas, sky etc.
