This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

They called three times during a single day and one other before barring the call. All highly suspicious and having checked with TalkTalk not something they have initiated. They seem to claim there are seeing errors from my Broadband. Not managed to have a complete conversation the last stopped when I asked for there trouble ticket number.
