I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.

This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call.
