I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. He then mentioned something about my personal data being secure (hmm) and mentioned something about my car insurance. I ask what car accident
HMRC scam. Asian voice asked me for my lawyer's details as I was being prosecuted for tax evasion. I asked the man for my NI number, which he must have if he's from the HMRC. He hung up/
The caller said they were A1 law and seemed to be ambulance chasers wanting to know about a car accident I had had. Keep calling.
