Fraud - its an automated message to say that an arrest warrant has been issued in your name for tax evasion, and to press 1 for more information and to "avoid legal action".

Fraudulent or Scam Number -States from Virgin Media about internet connection. Phoned a hospital emergency line. Very inappropriate and said his name was Jack Williams. Call became sexualised when I told him to get off the line.
This number is a Scam, they called to me to say I had traffic accident which was not my fault but I didn't have any accident at all. When I told them it's impossible they just hung up
This number called my mobile at 14.54 on 13th January 2014. When I answered there was no reply, just silence. I hung up.
