Kept hanging up and ringing back, I blocked the number but then kept getting calls from other unknown mobile numbers. I can only assume same people

SCAM - I received a text message from this number at 07.32 on 24 April 2021 saying 'DHL: Your parcel is arriving, track here: http://www.hnjiali.com/dhl/?08r6gn10gee4'. I have not ordered anything to be delivered by DHL.
