Getting repeted calls upto three times a day all trying to tell me im entitled to ppi. Ive been patient, silent, rude but nothing seems to deter these people. Really think they should stop wasting their money on repeatedly calling the same number to get the same answer. Think next time I answer the phone ill answer it as department of internal fraud and see if that makes a difference. Im ex directory and am still puzzeled as to how they know my name.

A man with an Indian accent said my home computer was faulty and he needed details. I was immediately suspicious, so I accused him of "scamming" The line went dead.

DANGER, beware, this is clearly a scam; vocal reconstruction makes it sound authentically English but it's criminal.
Just had 2 calls from them saying there was a problem with my internet and bt line. I have never had a bt line or open reach it is a scam. When i told them that i did not have a bt line they told me f###off and die.
