Had several missed calls, finally answered & they had half my postcode & were trying to get me to tell them what it actually is. When I said, it s wrong & why do you want it they hung up so I believe them to be SCAMMERS! Number now blocked

Automated call from crime agency???
SCAM An Indian speaking saying he is calling from BT openreach, wanting to connect to my computer to update the softwear on my router.. Kept him talking for 1 minute, then told him that BT monitor my line, he gave me a few choice words and hung up.. Why is BT not doing anything to stop these calls

Text message (scam) claiming to be BPO (a real debt collection agency used by BT) on behalf of BT. Needs you to urgently text a number for a call back.

I've been getting this number 4-5 times a day for last couple of weeks. No sound on other end, just silence. If it's NHS why don't they (or the machine) speak?
