2 times calling didn t pick up the phone...block the number,people who re calling from such numbers must be prosecuted

Computerized voice - only heard "2 transactions on your credit card" before replacing receiver
Phone message asking me to press 1 or 2 regarding problems I apparently have with BT. nI dont even have BT. nI did not respond & deleted the message.
Text received from this number stating suspicious activity on my Paypal account and that they had suspended my account to prevent any fraudulent activity and to follow a link to lift the block. Clearly an attempt to get access to the Paypal account as i dont use it.
