Government HMRC claiming and left voice mailing stating they are taking me to the County Court and I should call them. I called them and very noisy and not English speaking voice. Wanted my name, address and DoB. I put the phone down and they have called twice since. As I do not owe HMRC any monies, assume this is a scam. Can they not be stopped?

09 Dec 2021 - Kept ringing me and when I answered the 3rd time and muted it, the guy on the other end said "hey, fuck off" He called again straight after hanging up and when I told him to stop calling me or I would call the police he said "I love you and want to propose" He called me a total of 5 times in 3 minutes. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information.
