Call from a welsh lady claiming I had been referred , despite not knowing my name and giving a former address. Sony Mobile Repair centre - left me a voicemail - my phone is in for repairs so this seems like a genuine number. Waiting for the email confirmation.

Cold caller trying to get us to change landline/broadband. Insisted on speaking to Director. Would not say who he was until pressed several times. Would not say what he was calling about until pressed. When I started to tell him the proper procedure, he hung up in mid-sentence.
