Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported - mostly as scam/injury claims or telemarketing (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. My phone gave up and only recorded 0126496192544137. Indian voice claimed to be talk talk technical support wanting to fix the many errors on the broadband line. Not to be deterred by the fact I'm not a talk talk customer she even quoted me my account number. I said so close my account then the broadband errors will be fixed. Took her a long time to realise she was wasting her time. Now, hopefully, blocked by BT safeguard.
