It s the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, but you can t call them back from the same number. I find it really hard to get in contact with them. They give another number in voicemail, then don t bother pick up the phone.

Called my mother and used her first name. She passed the telemarketer for Pure Independence to me - a bullying and aggressive pitch falsely claiming we had completed a survey last year and demanding to know why I would not let Malcolm come and ask my mother to test out various pads and cushions. I told him not to call back. Pressuring bully approach - very pushy, Disgraceful.

Call center . . . possibly. Seems to be a computer block-dialling numbers until someone answers a phone. There is a pause between your answering the call until a human starts speaking using the phrase "hello I am your local energy adviser".
