They called a few times and hung up when I answered. Then they called again saying that they needed my expiry date on my credit card. I wasted their time until they hung up.

Called landline today 11/10/2021 11.40am. No message left. Online search found one reference to the (yawn) loft insulation scam.

Unsolicited call. I m TPS registered. They said they didnt know that. They also refused to tell me where they got my number - just another annoying lawbreaking firm.

They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them

A man called Angus introduced himself. I could barely make out what he was saying over what sounded like a busy call centre room. It sounded a bit like Pay Day Loan solutions. I heard the words "pay Day" distinctly.
