Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Said they were from O2 and my address was 4years out of date.

This phone number has phoned me 3 time so far and leaves no message. I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites). I would be interested in who these people are. But because they never leave a message, it suggests (to me at least) that it is not very important,

Received 20 plus calls in one week probably using auto dialler. I use free call blocker to stop them.

Got a call today from this number. The guy didn t introduce himself but said he was from Google marketing and wanted £180 to put my page on a first page search. (I do this myself already). I said I could do what he was offering for next to nothing and at that point the caller got aggressive, I hung up him. He s obviously a chancer trying to scam people out of money. Yet another sad fool giving Manchester a bad name. I will be reporting him to Google.

Caller pretended he was from BT but after 20 minutes I realised it was fake. He wanted access to the computer and I didn t give it to him

They left a voicemail which was an automated message saying press 5 to speak to an agent or 9 to opt out. Pressed 9 but the voice says you cannot sent a text to this number !!! Hung up and blocked!!

Recorded message about some scheme or other. Even left a message on my answer service. Grrr!

Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

this number called at 2043 tonight any idea who it may be? they leave a message phone tells me a message left but there is no speech.
