company called saying that they was from my life insurance company and was due to review my policy . when said that if wanted wanted to change i would call the provider they said dont understand and argued. rang my provider they said never heard of them and you ring them to update or review any policies they dont ring you reporting it , So possibly a scam . Fraud. Got a call from this number claiming that I had been committing tax fraud, and if I didn't press "1" during the call, a warrant would be issued for me and I would be arrested immediately.
This number rang me but cut off after only 3 rings and before I could answer. I suspect it was an attempt to have me ring it back at considerable expense?.
Rang today, when I asked why they had called me and how they received my mobile number he just continued with PPI refund speech. Again I explained that I don t have loans or a mortgage so he then began to question me as to if I knew what PPI was as I must have signed up for it. Rude and don t take no for an answer so next time they call I am going to blow a whistle down the ear piece of my phone.
