Peter is right - this is a call out number only used by Glenfield Hospital, Leicester, to discuss appointments or other matters relating to the patient. Unless the caller is sure they are actually speaking to the right person they will not identify themselves or offer a reason for the call. This is to protect patient confidentiality. I know this because I am one of those patients!
