If the no. is not known to you, then I would recommend blocking it.
I have 1 account already advised of my circumstances, I also send payments every month. Nothing short of harrassment this company. Advised would send minimum of £5 per month so set a payment plan based on that, they would not. Insistent on income and expenditure being completed, even though I know I never have anything spare. Its unreal. I refuse flatly to converse with them these days.

They ring about three times every day, I usually ignore them but my elderly Mother answered a few days ago and they hassled her about 1980 s PPI. Utter nonsense.
went on a gov approved scheme some 2 years ago for a skills workshop, they keep ringing periodically, why? I dont know.
