Wanted to talk about sim card options, wanted me to confirm my last top up amount to "confirm my identity", told them that they called me so it s not me that needs to confirm my identity it s them, she acted confused to this logic so I hung up. With their logic they could have called me stating they were the bank and needed to confirm my details by asking something only I would and should know
