I received a call at 7pm on my mobile. It rang twice, I did not regognise the number. I answered but the caller rang off. They did not ring back. I rarely get anonymous calls ...

Called three times today. Once just rang once. Two times I answered and it hung up. Seems to be checking if my number is in use?

Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don t know if they delivered it or if they did i don t know where. Shocking.

this is a total scam ... called me 50 times in the last week... woman with a scottish acsent asked for me by name ... stated as if it was a fact that id had a road traffic accident my reply was apparently so, her response was what date was it so i asked her what her computer told her because thats obviously right, to which she hung up ... honestly some people should not be aloud telephones, tried calling back 4 times just on hold then says "goodbye" and hangs up.... load of tripe

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Got a call from this number I tried to explain we have terminally ill person in house and needed phone lines clear ( my father has cancer) they just laughed and put phone down. After calling a further 9 times in 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager who came to phone and proceeded to laugh through my explanation and put phone down. I then blocked the number so they rang a further 10 times from international withheld and either blasted sirens or just laughed down phone .
