Call center . . . possibly. Seems to be a computer block-dialling numbers until someone answers a phone. There is a pause between your answering the call until a human starts speaking using the phrase "hello I am your local energy adviser". SCAM very rude guy on the other end of the telephone. He has been calling my number non stop.
Loft insulation survey, not genuine, seems to be fishing for information. Very rude man who calls himself Richard. When I asked if I could phone him back he put the phone down.

PPI call-seemed nice enough but very scripted. If I were to appraise her job performance I d give her a 6/10. Solid performer but will need to work harder for a bonus this Christmas.
