unwanted marketing call

This number seems to be related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number is used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not on

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.

Fraud

Called three times now with marketing, damned nuisance and does not seem to want to remove our number from his database.

Called a few times. Never answered and now blocked once I found this site and saw all these comments

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? Similar numbers from the same range 16181484xx are reported as financial marketing, "Friends in Finance

Credit card scam

Even though your phone presents the number that's calling you - if you ring this number you get a dead line and it's not possible to get through - who would want to anyway but I have to have the info to rate this number - worth blocking

Scam call offering £2.500 PPI but you have to get a Pay Safe Voucher from a shop for £125 to pay your tax on the £2500. Once you have you pay safe voucher a you then have to phone 02032900238 to get the person (solicitor) to call with your cheque and to give them the pay safe voucher. This has scam written all over it.

Same call centre, another number from the same range - this call centre is working for telco companies, mainly reported for working for EE. They call with surveys and marketing offers, so you decide if anwer it or not... I'am blocking this number now, not

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12249246xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with inusrance marketing, PPI - Industrial Hearing Injury. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Voice mail message left, American accent, pretending to be the Inland Revenue.
