They called saying they were Universal Technical Care and were approved by the UK government and were contacting people as there was a virus on the persons computer and it was being spread rapidly and would go further on Monday. Ther started to say they would give me instruction to put into my computer. At that point I asked for their telephone number - as above, and then hung up. Don t fal into the trap!

Recorded message saying we had not yet had a heating survey which could lead to a grant towards a new A rated boiler as encouraged by the Government. We had the same from 08454290047 two days back on 25/04
This number belongs to a scammer. They switch between calling themselves BT and Loft Insulation Survey depending on who they are phoning.
Rang me but I have BT call Guardian phone so wasn't bothered by them. Everyone should get one!
