I do not have a "Debt" I have a despiuted bill for which I had tried to go to court over as (a) I am in the right and (b) I wish to claim damages. The company involved sold the disputed sum to Lowell. Lowell are 3rd party interlopers. These leeches have no contract or agreement with the person they are harassing,DO NOT enter into dialogue, DO NOT enter any agreement. These people have NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DEMAND PAYMENT.

Woke me up at 7.14 am after I had not been able to get to sleep until well gone 4 so peed off with whoever was calling.
One of these "Technical Support" calls about your computer! Obviously a scam.
Claimed to be ringing from “the Insulation Authority” about lagging installed in my loft. Total rubbish! Hung up when challenged
Recieved the call today and asked me if I had been working in a noisy workplace

SMS message purportedly from this number stating that a vodafone payment could not be processed by the bank. A bogus url for vodafone billing was then given for updating the payment information. A call to vodafone indicated that no problem existed.
