SCAM - claims to be about a fraud but forwards to a large, noisy call centre. Phone went dead.

Phoned today at12.15 pm. Fairly gruff voice. Purportedly from BT. Asked me to confirm that I had been in touch with BT this morning. As I had, I said yes. There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.

I called them bk and got an automated msg saying I had been contacted by media match

Unless you know all about "media match" Magazine, film etc this is a scam...check the number online and look at "media match phone scam " ...
Called to say ?600 had been taken from your account press 1 to continue - tried to call back from a different number but call failed
