I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.
