SCAM.called at 09.00 this morning ,purportedly ,from bt!old scam saying that someone has latched onto our ip address and is using our connection.this time they have got hold of the wifes mobile number and senta"one time code "to it this leaves the mobile with emergency calls only until you delete the message

I have just received the same call, saying they are working with Nominet. They told me all of the Nominet info about our domain, to make them seem legitimate, but obviously anyone can see this info. I refused to give any info at all, and at that point his tone changed and he said he will send an email confirming who they are. Still waiting for email!!!!!
Fraud
Absolute scam. Claimed to be from OpenReach told me they would switch the internet off for 72 hours as our IP address was public and it was a GDPR issue. When I told them to make our IP address private as they actually own the internet, they told me they couldn't. I had to run a software on my laptop to do it. Literally do not do anything they say!

Scam call. Asking me to renew appliance cover which I don't have.
SCAM
Same as previous review. Got a message claiming a large payment was due to go out of my account and leaving a number to call. Did not call the number. It's a scam
"Hi. I'm Chris, your local Energy Advisor for your post code area..." I cut him off and asked what the post code was - he couldn't/wouldn't tell me so I told him he was a liar and scammer and hung up. Because of the silence between me answering and his speaking and the clicks as his call was connected, the call was made from an autodialer, and was not made from a mobile phone as the number would indicate.

Scam caller, pretending to be from O2. When questioned about how they got my number, they swore and hung up.
