It s Test Valley Borough Council used by them to return a Customer Call. It s for them to ring out on only and not to receive calls, I think
Called them back and received an automated system that allowed you to enter number for removal from their system. I m TPS registered so shouldn t have received call in the first place. Not the first time but in the past no number left or caller dropped the call when they found out I wasn t a Home Owner .
SCAM CALLER waits for a response then hangs up, trying to see if phone number is good so they can bombard you with scam calls. Don't answer.
