I didn't catch the company name but it was something to do with home cover - the man asked if I was me, so I said no but could I help. This number is from Fresh contacts , that use other numbers, that ask for same person, who is not me. They usually won t say who or what they are. But they keep on ringing for the last two years! Also, beware Solar Quote , who ask for the same name, who is not me!

An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.
