I then asked them to tell me who is my employer and they hung up! I am still shaking. Block that number now and make sure you do not give them any of your details!
as per the comment above. a recorded message told me not to worry because it wasn't urgent that they would call back when convenient.someone assumes I will talk to them but...
When I answered my phone female was talking to someone else about going out,decided to hang up just before I hung up received the engaged tone.

Tried to call it back but it said this number is out of service
Sick to death of these people telling me (rather my place of work) about possible PPI claims. The only reason I haven t called them back is because then they know for sure that this is a live number. I have no option to answer, as this is a business phone, but I really would like to throttle the people responsible for this.
