This is DWP . They are doing away with using post offices and transferring payments to bank account only.
Fraud. Said they were BT Openreach and I needed to log on to my computer and follow his instructions to improve internet speed. Asked him to tell me my BT account no, he just made up a string if numbers and I asked him the bill payers name he said it was the name of my town!
really fed up with these calls. They don`t get to the point of the call and usually it is difficult to understand what the caller is saying.

Knew my name..said there calling about online trading that i signed up for..told them must be wrong then the indian speaking lady voice changed and repeated why she called..told her to f *** and get a propper job instead of scamming people..she then hung up!!
