They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". A lady saying she was going to help with my claim. I asked where she got my data and gave her my work email address so that the complaints team could get back to me with the exact source. Probably shouldn t have.

Received a call from 0161 818 2004 earlier this afternoon from an chap with an Indian accent. He enquired about any motor accidents/claim that I may have had in the last 3 years. All he had was my phone number. I was immediately suspicious. He said he had a legal duty to obtain further details (name, address, date of accident, cars involved etc) and that I was legally obliged to supply it. He claimed to be acting on behalf of a bank of insurers, but failed to identify any insurers that I had policies with.

Said recorded call from HMRC taking us to court for tax evasion. Load of rubbish did not take call any further as knew it was bogus

They keep calling to book a service even though the last one cost me a fortune, they didn t tighten my brake fluid cap which spilled out onto the road and nearly caused me to crash. I have told them this but they didn t even apologise.

Keep getting calls from this number but no message left. Now it is showing up in my mobile phone bill as me having called them when I don't know who it is. Very weird.

I keep receiving calls from this number about PPI. I told them I do not have a ppi claim and to remove me from their caller list. Since then I have received 2 calls a day.

Had yet another call this morning, message left on the landline answering machine. I have asked repeatedly for my number to be removed because they are asking for someone that isn t me. Every time they say they will remove my number, it goes quiet for a few weeks, then starts all over again. I ve had the same number for 16 years and have told them this, but they still keep calling.
