Fraud Recorded message claiming to be from National Crime Agency, saying my NI number was going to be suspended because it had been illegally used several times! Load of rubbish - scammers trying to trick people into something. Beware!

Recorded message that I was involved in a fraud case and hed to press '1' to be connected to the officer in the case!! As a retired Police Officer I found it amusing but my elderly F-I-Law would fall for this sort of nonsense.They need prosecuting not me at nearly 76!!!!!!

This phone number is one digit different than Hays payroll I think it is a phishing scam.
A person with an Asian accent claiming to be Peter Marshall from BT Open Reach called and insisted I tell him whether I am the owner of the line. When I asked him the purpose of the call, he was rude abusive and swore at me.
