Not scammers but if you deal with these people make sure you specify everything you insist on in any hardware and also list stuff that you would like, even if they eventually can't do it, and ask for feedback. Told lies that Director knew him / was expecting his call etc. Was reluctant to give out his name or phone number when told he could leave a message. Unsolicited rude caller, not genuine.
