They ve bought an out of date list of names and numbers and are calling purporting to be a legal team. They asked by name for someone who used to use this number > 10 years ago.

Looks suspicious. A person identifying herself as Olivia, with a non-native accent, asked me to confirm my name then hung up. Upon trying to ring the number back I get a message "Invalid number"
Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.

I pressed 1 and was asked the reason for my call. i told him then he ask for my name which i gave then he said hang on while i look up uour name to bring up my files. I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't.
