Like last commenter yes they use a network of number local and otherwise in the hope u ll pick up the phone They have been phoning my house phone for months with an automated man message And now they have my mobile number Great! I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
